🇬🇧 Title XV: Final and Transitional Provisions
Article 109 – Supremacy of the Constitution
This Constitution is the supreme law of the State. All legal provisions contrary to it shall be repealed or amended as from the date of its entry into force.
Article 110 – Continuity of the State
The existing State institutions shall continue to function on a temporary basis until the establishment of the new constitutional institutions, in conformity with the provisions and the spirit of this Constitution.
Article 111 – Organic and ordinary laws
The organic and ordinary laws necessary for the implementation of this Constitution shall be enacted within a maximum period of twenty-four (24) months from its entry into force, with priority given to laws concerning:

elections,

local and regional authorities,

the judiciary,
-
independent constitutional bodies,
-
public finance.
Article 112 – First elections
The election of Parliament in its three chambers (House of Deputies, National Council of Concord, National Youth Council) shall take place at the first general election organized after the entry into force of this Constitution.
Article 113 – Constitutional Court and bodies
The Supreme Constitutional Court shall be established within a maximum period of twelve (12) months from the entry into force of the Constitution.
The composition of the independent constitutional bodies shall be completed, and they shall commence their work within a maximum of eighteen (18) months.
Article 114 – Continuity of laws in force
The laws in force shall remain applicable after the promulgation of this Constitution, unless they conflict with its provisions, until they are amended or repealed.
Article 115 – Entry into force of the Constitution
This Constitution shall enter into force immediately after the proclamation of the final results of the referendum by the Independent High Authority for Elections and shall be binding on all authorities and persons as from that date.
