Tunisna Constitution

Soon we will present here the new constitution of the Tunisian Republic of Tunisia, by the Tunisna movement.

Our Constitution is not a static text or a theoretical document to be kept on shelves. Rather, it is a living vision that pulsates with the principles we believe in: freedom, justice, and dignity.

It is the ultimate expression of our commitment to building a just, free, and democratic Tunisia, where values ​​are transformed into practices, aspirations into policies, and vision into tangible reality.

Through it, we lay the solid foundations upon which our modern state is built and chart the path toward a future where rights are protected, freedoms are respected, and justice is built on the foundations of equality and equivalence.
